I looked at a few different builders in the area and this one stood out for building with above average materials and not making them options. Beautiful area with views of nature really won me over as well. The process was so fast it’s surreal. They all worked together like a fine oiled machine. I saw it a closed in less than 3 weeks. Amazing experience.

We recently purchased a new construction home at Seasons at Wekiva Ridge in Mount Dora, FL, and the entire experience has been fantastic from start to finish. A very easy and helpful process.

Had a few minor details with the new home, they were taken care off but still waiting on some issues. Water pressure upstairs bathrooms very low need improvement on that. Outside HOA hadn’t taken care of couple of dead plants and sprinklers hoses sticking out of the ground. It needs mulching and trash debri cleaned up

This was my first time buying a home, and they made sure to educate me and guide me through the entire process, making the transaction smooth. The financial team also did a great job. If you are a first-time homebuyer, you should definitely consider them. Whatever they told me at the start was exactly what I spent and received in the end.

I was pleased with the whole process. The sales team made us feel like VIPs. They sent fotos of the home at every step. The experience was smooth. I would recommend this builder to any one who wants a new home without issues.

Buying this home was a breeze. Every team member that had a part in my purchase made it simple. I was informed along the way what to expect and when to expect it. There were no delays once the purchase agreement was made. The walk through and closing was quick. It did take some time to complete some of the issues from the walk through but there is only1 item from the list to be completed.

The selling staff was great. Always on top of any situation. After buying, the customer service for service calls is a little difficult to work with. But overall a good experience

Austin was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and Very friendly. He answered any and all questions I asked. He made himself available and always returned calls or texts. He kept me up to date once a week during the building process and even sent pictures. I would highly recommend him to my friends or family looking for a new home. I had a great experience with Richmond American. The whole process was smooth. I've been in my new home for over a month now. The house is amazing, the neighborhood is what I wanted. I think I made the right choice with this new construction in a beautiful location that is growing.

My realtor and the sales lady Samantha was great. However, the builder was never at any of my walk through. He was not aware of all the issues that I was told would be fixed. The house was just built and the foundation in the garage is cracked up everywhere. They tried to say it’s settlement without looking at it. How would a new house be settling before I moved in? The windows have cracks around them from drywall not done correctly and the paint is wiping off simply by touching it on every corner wall. There is no quarter round so now I have open wood everywhere. They rush building the home and the builder is too busy. ... Más

From my initial research, Richmond American was not the top choice as a builder. Internet reviews indicated quality issues in other developments throughout the U.S. After talking to some of the residents of Lakeview Forest, I decided to take the risk. Happy to say my experience has been very good. From the Sales Office Staff (Austin & Lizzy) to the project manager (Carl) were responsive to any questions I had. The weekly updates with pictures were excellent. My only bad experience resulted from dealing with your affiliated insurance company. The individual assigned to assist me (Evan) was less than timely in providing me with the information I requested. I would recommend Richmond American to others. ... Más

The details you get for the price of the home is better than any other home we saw.

I really love the home itself, but getting issues identified during inspection addressed has been a real pain. The process feels slow and frustrating, and it takes way too much follow-up to get things resolved. The house is great, but I wish the post-inspection support was smoother, more responsive and reliable.
