Overall, I would say I’m pretty pleased with Richmond American. We love our house and our neighborhood. Our sales associate was upfront and communicated well with us. I wish I didn’t have to use their lender, but that was the deal that we had to make to get a great rate. The initial and final walk-through of our house were excellent and everything was fixed and addressed. A few minor issues after that a call to the warranty hotline and they responded quickly. I have to say I’m impressed with Richmond, especially when it comes to the quality of the build and the service. Would definitely buy again and would definitely Buy in Abrams point. ... Más

The buying process was super simple! The hardest part was deciding which floor plan I wanted. The sales team was exceptional and answered all of my questions. I’ve only been in the house about a month now, but everything is working perfectly. There were a few minor touchups that needed to be done, mainly dings in the walls and such. But nothing major. Most of the discrepancies have already been fixed. The foreman has been super helpful and just a real pleasure to do business with.
