The house is high quality, any issue was quickly resolved, and it feels great to hear "what a beautiful home" whenever anyone visits. From the beginning of the process through closing and move-in, the team was professional, transparent, and responsive. We purchased the Seth model and have been very happy with the layout, finishes, included features, and overall quality of our home. Home is just what we needed. Close to the interstate which makes it close to everything.

The overall process was simple, very straightforward, and honest. Walk through with building team was very thorough and they ended up marking way more spots for fixing than I did. Great pride in quality.

We fill lucky to locate a new built home making our move from Arizona to Oregon a lot less concerning. Nothing needed to be addressed in the home so all we had to do was to move all our stuff in.

We were given updates every week and answered any questions we had.

Great experience and happy with my purchase

We are enjoying our Richmond American home. The sales process was easy. The salesman was very helpful and informative. The walk through went well. And the company fixed things that showed up on the home inspection and walk through. I have no complaints.
