We’re having a few cosmetic issues on our new home as expected and Chris is very responsive and has worked around my family’s busy schedule to complete most of the repairs. If it wasn’t for Chris the score would be very different. Chris is the super glue keeping it together for Richmond.

Everything happened from beginning g to end....nothing bad to say about Richmon Homes.

My family and me we are so happy. And in my family we are happy to come across the right people.

The floorplans offered by Richmond American caught our attention as “empty nesters.” we wanted large gathering areas in the home for hosting groups. We are very pleased with the quality! Everything about the purchase and construction process was handled professionally. We are so happy with this home!

Our first view of the models in Rio Rancho and the excellent customer service provided by Geraldine had us sold. She was very professional and went through several scenarios with us so we understood options. She suggested that we visit models located in another community so we could physically see the model we wanted to make sure we loved it before we committed. She is definitely an asset to Richmond American. Once the build was started we met with Mike and Chris throughout the process and they were extremely approachable, knowledgeable and answered our many questions along the way. When there were issues they were there to assist. Their communication skills and knowledge are invaluable for anyone under their care that is buying a Richmond American home. Richmond has been responsive to our questions and or concerns. Sales rep Aaliyah was great and responded to our questions in a timely manner and had extensive knowledge of the product. After closing with Matt who provided an extensive tour of our new home and his knowledge and experience was a great help to us. Richmond has been responsive in following up with small repairs after closing. Definately would purchase with them again.

From start to finish, we had a great experience with Richmond Homes. Don and Jason were great to work with, and very responsive to our questions.

From the first meeting with the sales person Mike to the walk throughs with the construction super Tom, the process has been smooth and easy. They addressed all my questions and even after closing, they have helped with questions and concerns. I’ve had a few new build homes and by far this has been the best experience.

Working with our Sales rep, Kevin *****, on the purchase of our home was truly a great experience. Our home was complete when we found it, but we opted to finish the basement. Kevin was very responsive throughout the process and worked with the rest of the team to keep us on time with a tight closing schedule. Amanda at the Design Center was very helpful while we made selections. Luke, our construction manager, was incredibly thorough and both helpful and responsive when we had questions. The landscape materials and installation and warranty requests for the landscape are knocked the two categories from 5 to 4 (we also had the back yard installed as part of our home purchase). Unfortunately, the landscape contractor has a commercial focus and was not responsive to closing punch list items (now resolved). Warranty items with this vendor have not been satisfactory. We appreciated working with Gio and Chris when buying our home. They were very caring and offered great advice along the way. If we had any questions about the process or features in the home, they were quick to respond. They were patient with us the whole time. They really care about the homes they build and sale.

Our Builder Kevin is a conscientious and very responsive. He made us feel very comfortable with our purchase.

After closing we found a few workmanship quality concerns one was a safety concern but the warranty stated it met minimum standards and they would not repair the issues. Overall the house is great, there's a few things that could be better.

Overall, we had a great experience throughout the homebuying process. The team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with, and they addressed any questions or concerns we had along the way. One thing that would have made the experience even better would be receiving a complete list of the materials and finishes used in our home, such as the cabinet color, interior and exterior paint colors, tile, flooring, driveway pavers, and other finishes. Having that information would be very helpful if we ever decide to repaint, make repairs, or extend any part of the home in the future, since we could easily order the same materials and maintain a consistent look. ... We were very particular about the options in our new home. We also wanted the incentives of a spec home. I told my wife we won't find the layout and options at the right price. Incredibly we found it at Richmond American Homes. We checked off all the boxes for our must-haves...from a spa shower to a gourmet kitchen. Our sales rep Nick was tremendously helpful as was our walk-through rep Logan who meticulously blue taped our home, got it taken care of, then made sure we got our appliances registered. We're settling in just over one month now. Just as promised we were contacted by Kyle for a follow up 30-day walk-through. We're still browsing the Richmond American website which also proved to be extremely helpful. We purchased our home without seeing it in person but Beth guided us, Beth updated regularly took videos and pics while it was being built and we surely didn’t make a mistake I love my house (: Love my kitchen, big counter and functionality is excellent. My kitchen is a party place, open concept with lots of room to move around. I would recommend Richmond anytime!!
