We can’t give enough praise to the Shea team for their hard work. They were helpful, communicative, and knowledgeable from opening escrow to closing. Nissrin and Ada were excellent in answering all of our questions (even the dumb ones). Chrissy’s guidance with the design helped create a unique and timeless living space, and thankfully prevented my wife, Morgan, from picking a horrendous bright-blue tile in the primary bathroom. Sometimes with all the wonderful options available, some professional guidance is necessary. Made it easy to buy took a bit long to built but its ok

First time became Shea homeowner. Super impressive with Shea sale’s team, whatever questions I had, the team always responded in a timely manner, surprisingly often received answers immediately even after their working hours. I had purchased multiple new construction homes with different builders, including renowned one. However, I rated Shea the best, from sale’s team, construction quality, etc. Definitely Shea gained my trust. I have already spread my words about Shea to my friends. It truly deserves super five stars in my mind!

The entire team from top to bottom has done a great job at making this experience one to remember in a positive way. Very thorough and professional staff that doesn't hesitate to communicate well with you about any issue.

Shea has done a great job from sales, construction, to delivery. We have a fairly good experience during this complex course of new home purchasing, and we would like to thank Shea for the efforts spent to make this new home delivery on time and with high quality.

Matthew and Ricky are very responsive and understanding of the issues and have fixed things efficiently. Salvador seeks an excuse first to try and avoid fixing things, but fortunately, Matt and Ricky's judgement prevailed and things are being fixed to the way we prefer. Heat-pump driven multiple mini-split HVAC zoned system is still giving us issues. I believe that Ricky and Matt are dealing with several systems and haven't been able to devote much attention to ours.

The entire process from the sales office to construction completion and punch list was excellent.

The Shea Team for my transaction is very professional and efficient. Robin, Amna, Matt, Rickey, Salvador are all very professional and respond almost instantly on issues during the transaction and after the sale. They care about the homeowners very much!
