You experience World Class treatment from the day you go into the sales office to get information, a brochure, veiw the models or get your keys to your new Shea Home which in my opinion is the best quality product and warranty on the market.

The entire sales team worked together so we were always helped no matter when we came to look. With so many different homes to see it took several visits and we ended up working with Josh on the Duplexes, Bernadette on the homes and then when we didn’t find what we were looking for Chris suggested the Rooftops, which was a perfect fit! Then on delivery, Octavio spent a lot of time explaining everything and how it all worked. At the one month review Octavio went over the very few items we had and he had Jonathon took care of them, explaining what he did and checking to see if I was happy with it. We recently purchased a lighthouse from Shea Homes. We like the quality and the purchasing was very smooth.

Warranty specialist is on-site and very helpful in making sure all appliances and home features are working as they should. The service specialists are friendly, efficient and timely. Multiple check in periods throughout the year. Helpful interacting with the HOA.

Having prior experience with a new home purchase through another builder, we were pleasantly surprised with working with Shea Homes. Quality craftsmanship, seamless transition through the home purchase steps, and on-time delivery of new home.

We had a great experience with Shea homes. From the very beginning we felt part of the process, and enjoyed watching our home come to life. From the lot pick, to the upgrades and the design process we were walked thru with ease. The office representatives Bernadette and Josh were there to answer questions, and alot of them. The builders were very attentive to our concerns. Joe made sure to follow thru on our concerns through the entire process. The final walk thru, and monthly was also made very easy with Gary. The Shea Team! Isaac, Cody, Brian, Josh, Bernedette, June, Jinny, from the initial visit to the office through the complete moving the Shea team is the best. Isaac particular attends to many matters. Despite his very busy schedule he goes way over the call of duty is to help us. Having purchased new houses from two other nationwide builders, Shea homes is the best and they try to please the clients very well. The quality for building material and the workmanship gets five stars. We ordered options which are way beyond normal! What an amazing experience

The entire Shea Homes team is so great. We first met the sales team, and they provided all the information we wanted to learn about the new development in the Dunes community. We had looked for new house development for a while in several other places and their introduction of the Beach House caught our interest right away. They have been very helpful during the purchasing process. They are very responsive and professional. During the house building process, we met the building team. They are very knowledgeable and professional. During the Frame Walk, they were very patient, showing us all the details of the house framework and answering our questions. At the time of final delivery phase, we met the warranty manager who is super nice, helpful, and professional. In addition to patiently and clearly explain all the details of the new house and warranty policy, he went above and beyond to help fix some small problems we found in the house and answer our questions with clarity and precision. We actually learned a lot from him. We really appreciated his responsiveness and patience as he has been very busy with so many houses closing at the same time. For example, one of our living room windows had a problem closing after a few days, we contacted him, and he immediately called the team for window installation and fixed the problem right away. We were also very impressed by the technical competence of the window installation team. They were able to quickly identify the problem and fix it in a few minutes. Overall, we are very happy with the experience of purchasing our new house and have been telling our friends to consider purchasing from Shea Homes in our community. ... Más

Our overall experience purchasing our new home was excellent. Sales representatives Tamara and TJ went beyond my expectations in keeping us informed of the build process and always answered our questions quickly. We were able to meet some of the crew who built our home and they have a great attention to detail in the home construction. Home service representative Octavio is very knowledgeable about all the home features and systems. He quickly helped to resolve any questions we had. This was the best home purchase experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Shea Homes.

We could not be happier with our new home. Walking into a Brand New Home with our custom finishes and our preferred color pallet has just been amazing. The golf course and ocean views during the day are breathtaking and seeing the Monterey Peninsula lit up at night is really special. In addition the entire team at Shea has been great to work with. It’s not just about building homes for them, they are building a community.

The sales team made our buying experience very enjoyable. We have had support whenever we needed issues addressed at our home. The quality of our building is outstanding and I don’t think you can get anything better for the price that we paid. All of the restaurants and shopping so close by is plus for this development.
