Tammy made the whole experience of finding the right home for me super easy and fun. Everyone involved was knowledgeable and helpful.

Being from out of town we relied on Orlando immensely. He was amazing! Kept us Informed by sending photos and update via text and emails. Questions we had were answered most times, within minutes if not, within an hour. The entire team from start to finish including an issue with the A/C were there to help at every turn!

From our first meeting to post closing it has been a very smooth process. In the beginning we were just looking and we were not sure of our timeline. There was no pressure. When we were ready was up to us. Once we pulled the trigger everything moved quickly and flawlessly. The home is beautiful and we love it! It is so beautiful my sister just bought a house from Shea!

Was a terrific experience, Tammy at sales office was such a pleasure to work with. Dan the warranty officer has been very helpful and attentive. Facilities and staff at Club and pool are great.

We had a great experience building our dream home - from our initial visit with the sales office and Tammy to the design center with Tana and Shelitha to our super James and the warranty specialist Dan - every request was answered - we were kept up to date with the construction - photos of every step - when Dan came for our 30 day review - we had three (3) items - all were taken care of immediately and to our satisfaction - we could not be happier with out new home

New home is everything I knew it would be!!!

Our builder rep kept us informed and up to date even during the pandemic as our home progressed. He sent us pictures when we couldn’t come in and brought us in when possible. The experience in selecting amenities was pleasant and sufficient time was allowed for us to consider our selections and to make changes as we desired. The walkthrough was complete and any observed deficiencies were taken care of in short order. Anything missed at that time was corrected at the one month review.

We truly enjoy the layout of the floorplan and the smart features of our new home.

Moving from a large home was a challenge for me. However, I’m so pleased I made this move! Love the layout of the Monaco model...it’s perfect for me. Yes, I needed to donate a substantial amount of furniture, etc. however it’s been uplifting to organize my life. I also need to mention my Trilogy neighbors are so much fun. Even during the Covid issue, we’ve found ways to socialize safely. The community is active and promotes healthy living that I so enjoy. All the Shea associates from my Sales Broker to Construction Manager to Lawn Crews are a pleasure. The community is visually beautiful that makes for a peaceful environment. Love it! ... Más

Great Location and value for affordable prices

It has been a wonderful experience. Working with Tammy was great. In addition, Dan, the warranty specialist, has been great as well.

Overall, our production home was good quality even though I felt we paid a bit of a premium price for it. As the sixth home we've built, including two custom homes, the workmanship quality was only above average. There are multiple areas where walls are not true or square. Finish work was good, but had several issues they were unable to resolve. Example: base trim in one area is crooked partially because a floor tile is not set correctly. Instead of trimming around the tile, they put on the base and caulked around it. I would recommend a VERY thorough walk-thru to catch everything possible before closing. Although service follow up is attentive and helpful, not everything can be effectively corrected after the fact. Example: we don't want to tear out a wall section, plumb it, replace dry wall, mud, and paint after we've moved in. As a production builder, I would rate them 4.5 on quality and 5 on service. Price is 4.0 because we paid a premium price and didn't get a premium finish. ... Más

I was confident from the beginning that I could trust the exceptional people I was dealing with to deliver an exceptional home. Tammy, the community representative, got right back to me at times when I wouldn't have expected an immediate response and the same was true for James, my foreman. Upon closing, the wider scope of people I was introduces to were all so welcoming and helpful. The detailed book that Shea compiled with information about what and how to care for all of the components of my home was equally professionally done and the fact that there are warranty walk throughs for a year after completion shows that they are claiming responsibility for their work and are concerned about your satisfaction. ... From to moment we met with the sales staff we had a great experience. Tammy was very helpful. The builder kept us updated on the progress and Dan is extremely helpful when an issue comes up after the build is complete.

The quality products, workmanship, and obviously the supervision makes the Shea Homes the best in their class and price point. In addition to the home, the Club, Golf Course, two great Pools, plus a lot of "green area", makes for a great place to live.

Outstanding on site realtor Team led by Tammy. Numerous repairs and fixable workmanship issues but Dan from Shea quick to resolve with supply chain issues out if his control. GE Appliance package picked by design team has been the worst experienced in over 50 years, they have a local repairman that has taken our package and spent tireless hours repairing and ordering our replacement parts with no problems, GE warrinty employees are a joke and cut them out of our issues so we could have a normal time line to repair there inferior products. The Shea folks are also outstanding with one weak link, if there on site inspector would have been engaged we would have certainly cut the repairs and screw ups by 50% or more. We love the house and the area so we are spending our first 3 months babysitting vendors to repair all the things the inspector should of had done before closing. ... Más
