We had a great experience from the beginning when we met Alan. He was courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was always available to answer any questions throughout the process. We are also very pleased with the warranty dept in making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We give kudos to Joel and Alexis for their hard work. I definitely recommend Shea homes for their beautiful custom homes and customer service.

Shea is a very organized production builder. We were very pleased throughout the sales and building process. They have excellent follow up through their warranty program as well.

Shea Homes has been wonderful

The best thing Shea has done is hire Kim and Earl. They are the epitome of customer service and are the backbone of Shea homes in Cane Island. Kim is literally an encyclopedia of everything there is to know about Shea and their floorplans. She has the most amazing memory and the brightest smile. Earl has got to be one of the hardest working individuals in this company. After living in the new house for over a month now, I see Earl going around all the homes to be finished as early as 7am all the way past 7pm some nights. He is so good at his job. Always follows up with whatever I may have asked him. Always treats me and my family with kindness and professionalism. I initially went to Coventry (the other builder of the section) to shop their homes and tried to tour their models/builds. Tina, their salesperson, hates working past 6pm and complained outwardly to me on two separate occasions. I am self employed working 7 days a week till 5:30 every day. My 25 minute commute gives me 5 minutes to view homes and talk options? God forbid I have to keep her an extra 15 minutes past her work hours all while she potentially could have made some good money if I bought Coventry. Well I didn't. I suppose the housing market was so strong, she wouldn't care if I bought one of their houses or not. That's okay, because the next day, I walked in to Shea's model home and met Kim for the first time. She was more than happy to stay late to discuss their homes. Don't get me wrong, Shea has beautiful homes, but Kim was a huge reason we went with Shea. Our last home was a Lennar build and that was a disaster I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to endure. Tina, Travis, Cody, Weston, James, Brooke, Julie and Marci were professional, nice, knowledgeable and very responsive. I have not one complaint. My home is beautiful and actually even better than I imagined. The floor plan is innovative and functions well. The build is sound and the choice of finishes made it difficult to stay on a budget which is very typical for me to struggle to stay within budget. The standard/included features are a cut above what other builders offer. The Canyons is an amazing community and I feel grateful to be able to live in such a great place. Entire process from beginning to end was smooth. They kept us informed abd did constant walk throughs. We had a great project field manager to help us on our home. If you are considering buying a shea home, it will be worth the money, time, and a quality home!

Tarry our Sales Rep was fantastic! Excellent follow thru skills and knowledge. I am a realtor and know what makes a great sales person and Tarry definitely has the "it" factor. She is trustworthy and provides great customer satisfaction. I also want to mention that our Warranty Specialist Richard is outstanding! His work ethic and follow thru is impeccable. I love my new townhome and was very pleased with how much the builder works on educating new homeowners and how to use everything. I like how they visit us at one month five months and 11 months.

I purchased my home from Shea at end of sept 2022. I love my home. Shea made the whole buying process extremely easy and every step of the way each employee was responsive and very kind. Even after my home buying experience the warranty rep has treated me the same way. It has been an effortless process, my hardest experience was staying on the wait list to get my lot and then waiting for my home to be built. This is my second new home in 7 years. I built with another builder for my previous home and my experience buying my first new home was very poor along with their warranty service. My new home with Shea is built as solidly as the model I walked through several times. Highly highly recommend Shea. My husband and I had a great home buying experience with Shea Homes! Our home did get delayed a few weeks but we were kept up to date on the progress. Micah also always responded quickly to all questions and concerns we had. We are so grateful and happy with our home!

From sales people (Philipp, Patti) to Arielle, to construction workers (Mannie, etc), to follow-up (Roy, Albert), have always been helpful, and responded positively, professionally, and personably. Great crew. I felt that in construction, some of the wood used in framing wasn't quite up to par, but I understand the delays, etc because of the Pandemic--as well as not always getting the best people to do the work. We'll forgive you: Shea is a great builder!

This is our third house build (our first Shea build) and our best experience to date. We've built in Austin, TX, Huntington Beach, CA and now here, in the desert. We are used to working with builders and dealing with unexpected delays, materials that are out of stock, water/power not ready to be set up yet and various other challenging situations. The way that the entire Shea team dealt with us during these unexpected and unwanted moments is what stands out the most compared to other builds. Your entire team’s professionalism, personal touch, willingness to listen to us and hear us vent. and going out of their way to try to correct problems that were sometimes out of both of our controls, made this experience the best. A special call out to the following individuals that stood out and went above and beyond during this process – Lisa our sales associate who from our first visit spent the time to get to know us, learned what we liked, didn’t like, and guided us in the direction that she knew would make us happy as we built our next home. Even after the sales process and when we had already moved into our new home, she included us in a mixer at the club so that we could meet new neighbors. It was a nice gesture, very much appreciated and yes, she knows us! Ryan our builder who under promised and completely over delivered. He came through each time we had a concern about something, regardless of how small, and made sure we got the home we spec’d out. Richard our warranty guy who spent hours going through the details of the home and answering our smallest questions making sure we were going to be ready when he handed over the keys. Debbie our design specialist who helped us duplicate and mirror your model home and helped us pick the materials that make our home standout. A callout to the cabinet guy that came and fixed our kitchen cabinet that I accidently scratched during our move-in day. He came out of nowhere after Richard called him and fixed my mistake. I wish I remembered his name. We will absolutely recommend a Shea home to our family, friends and whoever wants to listen. ... Más

The Shea Team! Isaac, Cody, Brian, Josh, Bernedette, June, Jinny, from the initial visit to the office through the complete moving the Shea team is the best. Isaac particular attends to many matters. Despite his very busy schedule he goes way over the call of duty is to help us. Having purchased new houses from two other nationwide builders, Shea homes is the best and they try to please the clients very well. The quality for building material and the workmanship gets five stars. We ordered options which are way beyond normal! The builder and the delivery team did a superb job delivering these items (despite the pandemic) in a timely manner. Post delivery/moving Isaac and team did a superb job. Thank you Isaac. ... Más

First time became Shea homeowner. Super impressive with Shea sale’s team, whatever questions I had, the team always responded in a timely manner, surprisingly often received answers immediately even after their working hours. I had purchased multiple new construction homes with different builders, including renowned one. However, I rated Shea the best, from sale’s team, construction quality, etc. Definitely Shea gained my trust. I have already spread my words about Shea to my friends. It truly deserves super five stars in my mind!

I had a very positive experience with Shea Homes starting with Owen, sales consultant. Alan, my construction manager, was always on top of things which was a real challenge with supply chain issues experienced because of the pandemic. And any remaining issues have been promptly addressed by Bill, my warranty specialist. I am very grateful to all who have helped me along the way.
