From day one we were kept up to date on the build. Our design center appointment was fantastic and the representative really helped us with out interior selections. Love our cabinets, floors and all appointments. We couldn't have done it this well without her help. Our delivery with Joe was great, very few items that were fixed immediately and were done when we took possession. Two minor items we found after move in were addressed at the one month review. Michael was our construction supervisor and he kept us updated along the way. Did a great job. Over the years have purchased 8 new homes, this is the best one yet! ... Más

I didn't know what to expect but Shea made the process easy, stress free, and positive. I was pleasantly surprised! A close friend of mine who had home building experience...literally....accompanied me throughout the process and was very impressed with everything he saw which only added to my assurance that I had made a good decision. Many times he said Shea went 'above and beyond'.

I could not have asked for a more smooth and better experience from start to finish. I kept waiting for something to go wrong, but nothing ever did! I would highly recommend Shea Homes to anyone.
