Lovely property rugged quiet and peaceful

They delivered on time even during COVID-19. Everything was as I had expected as far as the upgrades, the quality of the workmanship, and the customer services.

From day one the experience with Dave and Missy was amazing. We were kept in the loop with step by step house progress the entire time . They held their end of the bargain with how long the build would take. There was no surprises. The price was well known and no hidden fees along the way. The house is so well built with 2x6s. Virtual design studio was thorough and professional. The walkthrough was so easy and meticulous. No stones left unturned and we were told “we want it to be perfect for you” Willy was amazing and so knowledgeable and friendly. Our experience was second to none and really gave me an amazing impression of Shea homes. I can’t help but share it will friends and only wish more properties exist with Shea homes around the front range for our friends to have the opportunity too. When we tell anyone who our builder was, they say oh that’s awesome, they are good. It’s so true! We are truly lucky. Thanks for treating us like family. Moving from a large home was a challenge for me. However, I’m so pleased I made this move! Love the layout of the Monaco model...it’s perfect for me. Yes, I needed to donate a substantial amount of furniture, etc. however it’s been uplifting to organize my life. I also need to mention my Trilogy neighbors are so much fun. Even during the Covid issue, we’ve found ways to socialize safely. The community is active and promotes healthy living that I so enjoy. All the Shea associates from my Sales Broker to Construction Manager to Lawn Crews are a pleasure. The community is visually beautiful that makes for a peaceful environment. Love it! ... Más

The whole process (build to move in) has been outstanding. The Shea staff as well as the builders have provided my wife and I superb customer service and support during the last several months. We are so happy with the quality of the craftsmanship that has gone into the construction of our home. I did my research and looked at many home builders. This by far is the best and most affordable new homes you can buy. The process was easy and the people are amazing.

I tried to think of some area for improvement, but struggled to write something meaningful. All-in-all a very positive experience.

On a whole our experience while having the house built was a good one. We were kept apprised of all aspects of the build by our building manager. We were sent weekly photos of the progress. We had the walk throughs and everything was explained to us. When the house was presented to us it was an easy process that explained all aspects of the home to us. So far we have been happy with the timely manner in which the team has fixed things that have come up.

Our warranty person (Mike S) has been very helpful in issues that arise from the purchase of our new home. Thank you

The home buying process (move in ready home) was quite easy. The in house sales person was thorough and provided information beyond the neighborhood itself. Communication was excellent and it continues post close.

Cameron from Sales was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the process. Regina from their finance group was also great.

The quality of this home is amazing. I really feel like it's home, and Ive only been here a short while.

While not all was perfect with this new build, the response to my small issues has been immediate. I like the fact that we have 3 separate opportunities during the first year to note any deficiencies and have them addressed. Have not experienced any negative feedback from any Shea personnel. They have all been helpful. I look forward to enjoying many years in my new home.
