Overall, we had a pleasant experience purchasing our home at Trilogy. From the initial sales to the warranty department everyone was trustworthy and helpful. The quality of workmanship and materials were good for the price that we paid—-except for the painting. The paint job was extremely sloppy and poorly done. It looked like they barely covered the surface with the paint and there was paint slopped all over the edges of the floors and left to dry. There were obvious parts of the trim that had been damaged and it looked like they repaired it by filling in the bad portions and then left it rough without sanding yet. Parts of the trim looked like they painted over existing dirt and debris from the construction without wiping it off first. The corners of the trim had rough edges, and were not completely painted. Paint was dripped and spilled on my patio bricks. The large glass sliding wall was covered with overspray on the frame. The painters that came out to repair the paint damage did an excellent job. However, it was impossible for them to get the paint off of the bricks on my patio and I was told that they could not get the paint off the edges of my new flooring— that is left for me to do Though they did their best on getting off the overspray my sliding wall frame does not look new. The concrete on my front porch is stained with another substance that isn’t paint. So far that has not been removed. ... Más

The agent we worked with was Leslie & she was outstanding from beginning to end. We waited a long time to get notified & the prices of the models kept going up substantially. We love our new house, but there are many flaws in the painting, cabinetry, stucco. Shea seems to do a good job in getting those flaws fixed with Will & Matt.

We’re very happy we chose Shea/Trilogy to spend our retirement years . The overall quality and lifestyle is second to none.

Purchase experience was great with wonderful sales staff. Final inspection revealed the tiniest items needing adjustments and they were fixed immediately. Turn-over at possession was a great experience and all our needs had been anticipated. Orientation on the home’s many features was thorough. After-sale care has been proactive and very responsive and we have received several phone calls to ask how things are and if we need anything. We are very pleased with our home and love the community.

Seth was phenomenal. He did a great job, and was extremely responsive.

It was a great experience buying the Shea home in Dunes. The build quality was top notch, and the mistakes were quickly corrected. We knew this going in because we already bought a Shea home in the past. The sales staff here at the Dunes took care of the preliminary requirements and guided us all through the purchase process. Most commendable was the staff that took care of fixing the construction defects. Isaac was always available to address our concerns and he showed us how to make the most of the features of the house. Our experience with Shae Homes has been very positive from the moment we walked into the sales office the first time. The sales executive has been an absolute pleasure to work with along with the construction manager. They both were always available to answer our questions and addressed all our concerns satisfactorily. They were always very honest with us when it came to the building process and schedule. During the warrenty period the are also very responsive and has been addressing any warranty issues, which are very few, promptly. The warrenty manager has also been very attentive and communicates well. As with any new construction you will have and find minor flaws. No major issues thus far. I'm very pleased with the warranty office in their quick and timely responses when I submit work orders. All trades, other than one, have been great to work with. One trade was a no show on a scheduled appointment where we had to wait all day to see if someone would show up after the scheduled time. No phone call or message to us to cancel or let us know they were not showing up. Follow up appointment took several weeks to schedule, so we will see if they show up for this one. All other issues have been addressed and/or being worked on. Our warranty specialist has been great to work with and does an excellent job with communicating with us for updates. All employees have been awesome from start to finish and kept us informed along with way. Sales office personnel were very polite and helpful and addressed any concern or question we had right up to the move in date. We love our Shea home. We wish our home home would’ve been finished as scheduled. During the delay of our home build, the interest rate started taking a huge hike. Our mortgage payment is now over $500 a month more than originally calculated. We understand the rate hike is not the builders fault, but unfortunately as the delay was happening, we were also watching the interest rates increase almost daily. We are now retired and on a fixed income, so this is very unfortunate.

My homebuying experience has been mostly great. There are several minor issues identified in the final walkthrough that still need to be addressed after two months. I understand that there is a shortage of labor, supply chain issues, and several homeowners with similar minor issues. Progress is being made.

Sales staff outstanding. Communications great. process they use for sub trades is great. Very ridgit with trades where by no changes can be made once customer has signed off on plans. should have some flexibility. extreme focus on quality whereby no issues to fix post closing. we would buy again from Shea

The Sales staff did an excellent job keeping us updated on the build status. It has been more challenging getting results from the Warranty Department, but the home is very well built.

We had a positive buying experience through Shea Homes. In all, it was about a 2 year process (1 year to secure a lot, 1 year to build). Mac and the Shea team were always straightforward, easy to work with, and responsive whenever we had questions. Alex managed the building process well, and was attentive with any building needs. After we moved in, Conor was quick to help with any warranty needs. While the price did increase while we were waiting for the lot, it was still a good value when we closed (especially compared to the market). We would buy with Shea again in the future.

MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE BUILDING PROCESS IS ALWAYS EVOLVING AS IT IS DEPENDENT ON MANY FACTORS OVER WHICH THE BUILDER DOES NOT HAVE CONTROL I.E WEATHER, SUPPLIES, LABOR FORCE RAW MATERIALS, TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS ETC SO MAKE SURE YOU PLAN FOR CONSTRUCTION DELAYS FROM ORIGINAL DATE

The entire process was flawless. The sale was low key without a pressured effort to purchase. The mortgage processing was easy. The closing was relaxed. Everyone worked to accommodate our schedules. The home quality is excellent and our home services representative gives us prompt responses to our requests. Best decision we have made in our lives
