Great Neighborhood! Wonderful amenities to enjoy.

Being a first time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect, there are so many steps and things needed it can be overwhelming at times. Shea Holmes and my Relator guided me through the whole process. Building the home was supper fast! Started the process in October moved in in March! Half the home (bones) was already built when we started in oct so it just needed to be customized. During the appointment to customize your home I would highly recommend writing down the names of the tiles and paint colors you pick out as I did not and was given the wrong kitchen backsplash. Since I signed off on the paperwork assuming i had trust that my choices were correct nothing had pictures of the tiles just names when I signed and I couldn’t change it once it was done now I’ll have to pay for it to be redone. So make sure you know the names to match them up when you sign your final. Other then that one issue the rest of my home buying experience was great and I would do it again. I love my home. ... Más

Going through the process, from start to finish, with Shea Homes was extremely simple for us as first time homebuyers. They did a great job of keeping us updated along the way so we knew what to expect and when.

My house had very few issues. The products used were very nice and delivered using a very efficient process in spite of the COVID restrictions. I did point out to the right people an issue with the wrong door. They should have listened, I even sent an email on it but it was not corrected until after delivery, making a lot more work to correct. That was unfortunate and irritating.

The builders are very nice and professional. They were very transparent about everything. They’ll listen to your concerns and suggestions and will do their best to incorporate it in your home. I couldn’t ask for a better quality service

The sales team And engineering team was really professional and very much informed in each stage.They treated customers very well.

Front start to finish you will like someone has your interests at heart. Followup to any questions is fast. And if someone does not have the answer, they find out. It went very smoothly and I cant say enough about the customer service.

Buying a first home is dream come true moment, having a builder like Shea where the quality is top-notch, systematic process and correct timeline estimates, definitely make you feel safe and secure. Happy we chose this builder, we strongly believe this is going to pay us off tremendously in the long run.

Good streamline process and communication throughout the whole buying and building process

Shea makes the extra effort, whether it’s extra care in leveling walls, changing to a better AC Vendor midstream or providing upgraded door locks, thermostats and garage doors. They even bought and installed longer fan operation chains when I let them know during the walk-through that they were too short.

Solid build quality and workmanship. Quick response to issues. Super friendly reps and construction supervisors. Keep buyer informed regularly during construction phase.

The sales staff were great. Transition team were terrific. Site is well designed and home is great.

Overall excellent experience. Our site manager (Billy) was outstanding in communication and keeping us informed on progress. Very pleased with workmanship. Our only complaints related to the planning process with regard to finishes. We would have preferred more customization capability, rather than being limited to “packages” of upgrades. And dealing with the various “designers”, who at the end of the day were really little more than administrative staff, was extremely cumbersome and at times frustrating. And indeed, at the end of the day there were a good number of upgrades that we ordered which never made it to the building team’s specifications, causing a lot of extra work on our part doing these separately after closing. But all in all we would still call it a positive experience and Shea generally appears to be a very well organized and honest company providing a high quality product and experience. ... Más

We had a great experience building our first home through Shea communities. Everyone we have worked with has been helpful and pleasant. They have also been great about fixing any issues that have come up since moving in and are responsive if we have any questions. We are very excited to be a part of the new Solstice community and can’t wait to see it finished!

Love the design and the location of the development so close to Chatfield is awesome
