The number of models and construction options made choosing hard but very satisfying, We got what we wanted. The design center was very helpful in completing our house. Even with a pandemic, Shea kept us informed throughout the construction process and met every benchmark.

The home buying experience was professional, process driven, and yet flexible to accommodate my needs during this pandemic.

The quality products, workmanship, and obviously the supervision makes the Shea Homes the best in their class and price point. In addition to the home, the Club, Golf Course, two great Pools, plus a lot of "green area", makes for a great place to live.

We are very happy with our new home!

Trilogy/Encanterra is a beautiful community filled with lovely homes and people. The staff at Shea were (and are) great to work with and the value you receive for your home buying money is outstanding. I highly recommend this place be put on your list of possibles..... once you drive through the main gate and then tour the model homes and the grounds..... well, lets just say: "resistance if futile". This place will definitely get your attention.

Excellent attention to move in process and quick response to questions

Shea is an excellent home and has beautiful floor plans. However, when making choices and paying for upgrades, make sure you know in detail what you are paying for. If the model shows and upgrade and you “think “ you are paying for that upgrade, that is not the upgrade that you will get. Your upgrade would and can be less than. In addition, pay attention to your lot as that also may be smoke and mirrors. If you are involved with your build, you should have no issues or concerns. Great product however they will explain away any concerns that you have.

The house is beautifull from the display but once you settle in things begin to appear out of place. I give an overall 3-star experince because the sellers witheld critical information or bully me after I signed the deal and found issues that needed correction and overall poor concept. For example, the guy that handed over the keys did not explain the working of anything in the smart home, shifting the responsibility to white glove that also did not deliver as promised. Same guy became hostile when I pointed out bulbs hanging from the ceiling in bathroom and closet saying the house was sold as is!!!! I have since realized the sprinkler system was broken, the dish washer storing water from the sink, several (about 10) bulbs sparking and blinking when turned on, 6 dead bulbs, security sensors on windows prevent fully opening curtains making it a shady job. The house is drowning in water from broken sprinkers (and maybe pipes as well) because moisture level about one foot high has appeared on the backwall of the house and fence, and the ground is extremely wet that water can be squeezed out of it. It looks like a known problem that was concealed and sprinklers turned on only during the short buying process. This particular problem should have been disclosed before signing as the soil has gradually become saturted with water. Empire's white glove technician stole all equipment and did not install Ring citing "no equipment on site" and has not returned it after my realtor ask them to bring it back. The technician also could not explain the working of the sound system and sprinkles. The design of the house is flashy but poorly conceived. Example placement of the dinning area is a complete failure, facing the toilet! The house does not receive enough natural light to not use lighting in the living area, kitchen and dinning area during the day due to shading of windows by a poorly spaced 2 storey neighboring building. Make sure to take a tour with lights on and out in order to assess the lighting situation of certain areas of the house. As a new home owner I feel taken advantage of and a bridge of trust and transparency as some of the problems only became apparent after signing a house that they say "was sold as is". ... Más

We have an incredible home. When building a home you're always going to run into small issues. The sales team committed to a few things that didn't end up happening. And the initial site plan was WAY off and without pouring $50k into our backyard it is completely useless. Our house should have been a garden level or walk out. Instead we got a huge retaining wall and two very dangerous "to code" drop offs from our back patio. Also, the survey listed this community as Parker... Our address is Lone Tree and the developer messed our address up on multiple occasions which creates a laundry list of issues. It is taking a long time to do the final paving of the roads. The flooring scratches very easily and the paint used inside is very cheap but for the most part the home is nice.

This is more for the false advertising of our home. We bought our home because I loved the outdoor paint and all the detail. Well our house looks nothing like the picture of what it was sold to us as . Very disappointing. When asked they said oh ya those pictures are wrong . Well, that should have been told to us when we bought the house !!!!

some accessories used is old fashioned, Dimmers, Dimmable bulbs, Softclose toilet seats.

Outstanding on site realtor Team led by Tammy. Numerous repairs and fixable workmanship issues but Dan from Shea quick to resolve with supply chain issues out if his control. GE Appliance package picked by design team has been the worst experienced in over 50 years, they have a local repairman that has taken our package and spent tireless hours repairing and ordering our replacement parts with no problems, GE warrinty employees are a joke and cut them out of our issues so we could have a normal time line to repair there inferior products. The Shea folks are also outstanding with one weak link, if there on site inspector would have been engaged we would have certainly cut the repairs and screw ups by 50% or more. We love the house and the area so we are spending our first 3 months babysitting vendors to repair all the things the inspector should of had done before closing. ... Más

very responsive and professional pre purchase experience. a little disappointing with issues once in the home.

No one told us that our guest would not be able to park in front of our house. A month and a half after we moved in, they painted the curb red and made it a No Parking Zone. No one told us one side of each street is a No Parking Zone. The curb in front of the models should be painted red now, because eventually when the models are sold it will be a No Parking Zone. We had cabinet doors installed in the kitchen that were warped. It took 2 months after we closed for the warped doors to be replaced and adjusted properly.

Everyone we encountered has been professional. The sales reps were responsive, the designer was excellent, and the field managers were informative. There probably should be more than one person handling warranty issues and customer service after close of escrow. There seems to be disorganization and miscommunication there. The workmanship was generally as expected - middle-grade quality. Despite all the delays prior to closing, the home buying process with Shea Homes was an overall great experience!

We love our new home, it looks beautiful, we moved into the house sight unseen, we didn't pick out the finishes, and we're pleasantly surprised at how nice everything is. However, there are things that should have been fixed prior to us moving in that were overlooked, like scratched cabinet door fronts, missing cabinet door pulls, cracked tile, and paint splatters, just to name a few. I'm sure these things will be corrected but it's disappointing to buy a brand new home and have issues that should have been noticed by the builder.

Shea team has been very professional from start to end. All parties involved kept us up to date with construction progress and preparing us for next steps until closing. Post closing, we have noticed a delay in responsiveness and have to follow up. They do eventually come and fix the issues. All in all highly recommend, can do better in post sale service.

All involved from sales to construction to post construction did a good job.

There needs to be more attention to details: ie. nailing the molding to the bathroom cabinet and floor, putting molding on the floor next to the kitchen cabinet and refrigerator, installing scribe on the cabinets at both ends of peninsula. Replacing kitchen cabinet panel and trim next to refrigerator, securing kitchen cabinet trim atop of cabinets.

Be prepared to do a fair amount of tile, color, flooring shopping and design ideas on your own before meeting in the design center as the time is limited and the choices even more limited.

This is our second Shea home. We love our new house and everything about it, except for the solar system which has been a nightmare since day one. We have been in our home for 10 weeks and are still battling with the solar company to get our system running properly. I have even reached out to Shea for their hope. Truly frustrating.

Good company for first time home.

I was thrilled with the purchase of my home, Terry our sales rep was exceptional as was Manny our building Forman and Victoria our CS rep. Like every new home there were things that needed to be attended to and some were taken care of quickly and others we are still waiting on. Overall we love our home and the community and would highly recommend Shea and Trilogy at the Polo club .
