They care about the build and entire process

Home was very well built and products supplied were of good quality. We we delayed by over 2 weeks which caused us problems with rental housing and extra storage costs for our furniture

We are pleased with our home and we feel that Shea deserves the good reputation that it has. We had a couple of issues when we first moved but they have been resolved. The customer relations people have been excellent. We were a little disappointed with the slow response of the HOA on some issues but that is improving. (We are very supportive of a strong HOA by the way but they should answer phone calls and e-mails promptly.)

Quality home; Representative ensures any concerns are answered on a timely basis as well as any fixes are done immediately after each inspection.

The homes are built with a group of helpful people.

These are nice people to work with from the sales staff to the warranty department.

Design home is well planned and very tastefully done.

This was our first experience dealing with a large builder and we were pleasantly surprised. They were very responsive to our questions and concerns and they got the home done on time - even in the middle of a pandemic.

Be active in your examination of the house and property, the company with follow up with problems that you find and repair them as needed.

The loan process was laborious. The building process was top notch and a pleasure. Sales, design studio, and our construction manager, all great.

Inside has minor issues. Landscaping & trash enclosure have issues that haven’t been completed.

Reasonable value in a friendly and highly amenitized community. Service was good both before AND after the sale.

The builder was on time even with the pandemic. The time was followed. The downside is when we asked about the backyard to the Sales team how large it would be, the answer they said, it would be similar to the model homes. That wasn't the case. It was smaller. As a buyer, we would expect the same exact thing from the model home. Also, solar system comes with the house, but it's taking forever to get the activation done.

My sales girl was my saving grace. She helped me with the many questions I had. Moving from another state, being homeless for nine months while my home was being built and traveling with three cats and a dog, across the USA, to stay with friends and relatives, during Covid wasn't easy. D. C. was so wonderful to answer all my questions often, and always within 24 hours.

We love our new home.

Buying a house from Shea Homes has been nothing but an amazing experience. We are extremely pleased with the service that the whole team has provided.

The first word that comes to mind when I think about the homes built by Shea is Quality. As soon as you walk in, you feel like you have walked into a home where quality really matters, from the finishings to the sturdiness of the building. The salesperson gave us a great tour of the entire community and was very knowledgeable about the area. She showed us homes that fit into our budget which, in turn, helped us find our new home. We also looked at the homes being offered by the other builders in the community but they were either out of our price range or did not feel like the same quality that the Shea Homes have. Shea also have a great customer service program after the sale. Our representative has gone out of his way to find and replace one of the tiny lightbulbs in the vent over our cooktop! All in all, our experience with Shea has been very positive. We love our new Shea home! (By the way, I never give the highest rating because that leaves nothing for you to strive for!) ... Más

Good build quality, but not great. Sales process was simple and streamlined. Overall a good experience except for HOA CC&Rs - overkill for 70 home tract.

Kudos to shea for coming up with a new, innovative, out of the box floorplan. Our single level flourish model is beautiful and we love it! Only wish that the design center had more samples of their finishes. Some of the samples did not show the variations in the material (which is normal), but not to the extent we encountered. Although it was a little misleading, we made it work, and after 90 days we're still in love!
