Our closing was smooth and easy, and the resulting move-in was not only ahead of schedule, but seamless.

We were kept up to date throughout the building process and they were very transparent on any issues that came up.

My first Shea home was 20 years old, a resale and I completely renovated it. Solid and well constructed. My current home is a new build and so far its been a wonderful experience. The Shea team is super responsive, friendly, and action oriented. Everything you want in a builder when you are buying a home.

My wife and I had almost got sucked into a very poor build quality home in the black diamond area by a different builder. Fortunately for us, their inept finance team took long enough for us to miss a closing, and realize that multiple issues with the home would never be addressed. A walk-through with a sign off on things yet to be done and extremely poor quality issues not addressed like tile work that looked like it was done by an amateur. These guys are the real deal, are exactly what they say they are and nothing more- good people and quality home.

The best customer service I have ever had in my new build experiences. They are there for during the entire building process from start to finish. I love the attention to detail provided. Shea homes even has periodic check in during the first year! Who else does that? I love it here!

Shea did a good job of including me in the building process from the very beginning. They kept me informed about each step and encouraged me to stop by and see what was happening so they could explain why they were doing what they were. They were an open book. I didn't have to hound them for information. If I had questions they were quick to answer them. The team I worked with was fantastic. I can't say enough good things about the people involved in the building of my home.

I have purchased homes before and had huge punch lists. Didn't have hardly any thing to fix. The quality, attention to detail, the finishing touches were all amazing. Working with every one was just as amazing. My real estate agent, Misti, I would not have gotten the house without her. The builder supervisor, David Burns, was equally outstanding. Kept me up to date on the process and every time I needed him, or had a question, he was there. Sometimes immediately. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new home.

We appreciated the friendliness of everyone we have had contact with, and we were impressed by the timeline from start to finish. Even with COVID, weather issues, and a fire in the area that shut down all construction, the timeline was just one week off of the projected completion date. The home is beautiful, we love it!

Loved being able to walk through models which helped decide on The model to call "home"! Had some great incentives which was a plus!

The whole experience from purchasing, moving in, and responsiveness were outstanding. The house is very expensive for the square footage. But I think Shea Homes could improve in options 1: option for electric stove top 2: water spigots in back of home 3: patio should be wider (Latitude Model) 4: put a light in the pantry 5: a hot water circulating pump should be standard. Current set up wastes too much water in kitchen before one gets hot water

Sales Rep Bryanne was great. She was wonderful to work with, very responsive and helped us with a design option change. We sincerely appreciated your company honoring a customer’s request for changes.

We love our new smart home ,Coming off of acreage its a little to get used to but we will. We love the area, were close to family,Shoping is very close, So many places to venture out to see.Love the weather.The only negative is I think the HOA is a little to much, To intrusive,to restrictive,But here again well get there.All in all its great.for us at our age it was a good move.
