Very well built home, not everything thing is perfect but it’s 95%. The Village team was and is excellent to work with in getting things taken care of.

The experience was not terrible at all and I would recommend village builders. Keith my sales rep was really great and responsive. When it came time to do my walk thrus and addressing concerns around the home (some was just due to lack of caring) and bringing up my concerns to Daniel, he was defensive and had an excuse for everything. I spoke to several other new home buyers who all had the same experience with him as well. With one concern he asked me “is this really important to you?”. I didn’t appreciate the way he handled our concerns. At the end of the day, it all got done but once we moved in we could see his team cut corners a lot and there were still a lot of issues. We have had to file a warranty claim a few times since moving in a month ago. The warranty guy Jorge has been really great and responsive and we appreciate that. ... Más

Beautiful homes with many amenities.

It was a positive buying experience with Laura, is remarkable how she spends time with you to go though every little detail about buying the house we chose, so easy and professional, w definitely would buy a house again with Lennar Village Builders and their staff

Really great overall experience. The home is beautiful. Communication during the process was a bit challenging at times, but overall still good. Quality seems great. A little concerned about how easy my new hardwood floors seem to get scratched or marked up, even with great care taken. They should consider a harder poly coating or more layers.

Great/timely communication from all folks involved in the homebuying process and a high quality of craftsmanship. When there have been issues, the builder is quick to respond/address.

While exploring options for our new home we had multiple options to choose from and also took feedback from our friends living in Alina and owning Wentworth series from Village/Lennar. Overall the experience was good. We did had major hiccups with the clearance with the lot we received, delays and change in lot, but I must give it to the sales rep John M. for finding the alternate solutions with the developer, that is customer service right there for us. During construction phase generally the Construction Manager Antony was supportive and provided the right visibility and explanation on why's and how's. We are hoping quality of overall finish will continue to be good and this house will holdup safe and sound for long. There are we be some warranty items/issues, and we are confident they will be resolved/fixed during the warranty period. Response by service to make repairs is quick

The person who we delt with mostly (Sheryl) was very helpful to us that helped the whole process kind of easy even though there was a slight delay.

Village Builders has built a home we love and with high quality. Of course, there's no such thing as perfection, and we didn't expect every little detail to be superb, but the overall quality and completeness of our home is awesome. We love where we live and get lots of compliments on our home, inside and out. It's important if you're buying new construction to know what you get and don't get, and to be prepared to add the upgrades you need to complete your home yourself or else you may feel disappointed (e.g. curtains and other finishing touches that you will personalize your home with).

We've been in our home for nearly 6 months and so far everyone has been very responsive to any general questions we've had and the few (minor) warranty issues that have arisen. The person responsible for coordinating warranty repairs is quick to respond, follows up to make sure we are satisfied with the corrective action taken, and always seems genuinely concerned about our satisfaction with the service provided. In addition, our Salesperson and the Construction Supervisor also touch base periodically to "see how things are going?".

Great communication through the build process and great follow up with any issues.

Bought an inventory home. Fantastic service. Some minor issues with work couldn’t be fixed, but overall great experience.
