La experiencia en la mano de obra en cuanto a pintura interior, calafateo y ebanistería ha sido una muy mala experiencia para nosotros. Calidad de mano de obra: se instaló un tomacorriente de 220 para una estufa, en el lavadero. Tuve que pagar $ 100 para que lo cambiaran a la secadora 220 (saliendo de viaje y necesitaba secadora, Lennar dijo que tendrían a alguien dentro de una semana). Los rieles de madera en la plataforma trasera (era necesario lijar) usaban un poco de madera con grandes mandriles faltantes en los rieles laterales.

I recently purchased a new home, the experience was ok but the quality of work and materials is not okay. They give the most basic material with the lowest quality. You also have to purchase gutters, blinds, rods etc. I keep getting air pockets in my concrete and I just moved in. For the amount of money spent the home should come with more and have better materials used.

Overall, the layout and design of the house are quite good. However, the materials used are noticeably cheap, and the subcontractors appear to be the most budget-friendly available. It's essentially a minimum-standard home from a high-volume builder. The landscaping company was by far the worst. They left trash around the house, and the sod installation was poorly done—uneven, patchy, and bumpy. It’s honestly embarrassing compared to homes by other builders in the same community, like Perry Homes and Coventry. I would have gladly paid tens of thousands more for a house built with higher standards, better materials, and greater attention to detail. Lennar’s current strategy of prioritizing cheap, high-volume builds may boost short-term numbers, but it risks damaging the brand in the long run. ... Más

The designer who did the electric switch and plug layout needs to go back to school I find switches behind doors when open you have to close door turn on or off the switch ..outlets are far too few like zero on the kitchen island and 2 over the kitchen counter you must be joking 2 outlets a grand total of 4 places to plug anything in for a modern kitchen

When we purchased our home there were damaged sections of drywall. This was brought to the builders attention and they “repaired” it. Once the first rain storm arrived after moving in it was apparent why there was damage in the first place. The large windows leak to the interior of the home. This has been reported to be warranty repairs as brand new windows should not be leaking. A window repairman with the warranty company came out and told us it wasn’t the window, but instead the improperly installed flashing above the window. He left shortly after. Next the drywall repairman came, cut the mildewing sections of drywall out, tore out soggy insulation, and left by supervisors order because repairing the drywall without fixing the windows first would just repeat the problem. Now there are giant holes left where there should not be holes and the windows are not fixed. ... Más

You get very basic house with very bare minimum quality and features. Internal layout and not-so-practical design shows inexperience of designers. Sales associates won't even tell you about the house, probably they know nothing to tell. If you are first time homebuyer, you will have lot of surprises.

There were delays for several months. The quality of paint, texture was very bad. Even Lennar home inspector was surprised on the bad quality. We still see some texture patches falling.

Overall, the quality of workmanship left a lot to be desired. We were very disappointed in the quality and are still having to have things repaired that should’ve been fixed in the initial walk through.

As much as we loved the neighborhood and floor plan, quality is 0 compared to other houses we built. constant problems that couldn't be fixed from 2+ attempts, just terrible quality and 3rd class craftsmanship, but they will call you 100 times to ask you how was it...waste of money

The overall buying experience was not very good. The quality of the home was really lacking in many areas. It seems like no one takes pride in their workmanship. The closing process was a big problem and both the title company and mortgage company do not work together very well.

It was a bumpy road, not because of delays (expected) but because poor workmanship that had to be either accepted or resolved after closing. Items that were supposed to be remedied before closing were not and are still being fixed. Communication during the build was also spotty, which only added unnecessary angst to an already stressful project.

Poor workmanship throughout the entire home.

We have built 3 other new homes so we have alot to compare against. This was an average experience with an average quality home/builder. Likely would not contract with them again, but they were only builder available in the area we wanted to be in.

The buying experience wasn’t good. Thugs were not fixed at closing and customer service rep did not respond to our issues accordingly.
