Buying our Village Builder home felt very streamlined because most of the design decisions and upgrades were already bundled in through Lennar’s Everything’s Included–style approach, so we didn’t have to nickel‑and‑dime every feature. The process from selecting the floor plan to closing stayed relatively simple, with in‑house mortgage options and coordinated closing support that kept paperwork and timing under control.

Excellent service everything was done professionally

I can’t say enough about Mark our superintendent, Mark. He was responsive to any items that need adjusted when one purchases a new construction home. One concern I did have was the lack of knowledge apparent in the sales staff when came to what was included in the finished product. For example we were told the HVAC was a Lennox product which wasn’t the case as well as some of the amenities shown in the brochure. Overall we are very pleased.

We had an excellent experience with everyone we dealt with in the home buying, construction, acceptance walk-through, and closing experience. Especially want to commend salesman German for giving us an excellent hassle- free deal, construction manager Bryan for excellent responsiveness regarding construction issues, and QC specialist Tommy during the acceptance walk-through process. David has also been very responsive and professional regarding any warranty issues. Was a smooth experience and quality build

We overall had a great experience. Loved working work John and Stephen. We loved selections on the interior design. Loved working with Brent and Jaamal. Some items needed to be fixed but we put in a ticket and it's literally fixed the next day or someone gets on it the same day.

The team was easy to work with, the pricing and size of our home was what we needed in our retirement years. The team responded in a timely manner to any small problems that came up. The tradesmen were good at the jobs they did along each step in building our home.
