This was a great experience and the WCI Lennar team was fantastic to work with and made everything from closing to house inspection simple and easy.

From my first conversation with Jan, our sales associate she was very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Jan was helpful and patient with our purchasing decision. Alex our construction manager, was also very knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout our walk-through, and continues to be helpful, kind, and professional. Carlos, our warranty manager is also, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful. Carlos continues to handle any issues, professionally, courteously, and efficiently. We are very impressed with the quality and design of their homes.

Wow, that was fun!..and now we get to live here..what a beautiful neighborhood and home we get to enjoy..we feel lucky to be here in a Lennar Home. Everyone from Chris in sales to Leyla in production was a pleasure to work with..a few too many emails (probably 100+) for my low tech skills is the only challenging aspect of the total experience..all in all a wonderful experience..john v.

Megan, loan officer, was amazing. She was supportive, efficient and readily available. Of course, successful in getting me through this process. Purchasing a home is challenging in itself, therefore, having someone who I connected with was very helpful. Bridgette was also amazing. Without the two of them, I don't know if I would have gotten through this. Thank you, Megan and Bridgette. After the buying process, I have reached out to Robert to address little minor fixes. Robert is also great to work with and he is very responsive. Thank you, Robert.

What I recommend new buyers do- hire your own inspectors to verify the integrity of each stage of construction. I didn’t have an issue but better safe than have a problem after you move in. I had/have a great sales agent, lennar mortgage loan officer, and customer care rep (Gary, Peter, Larry). The quality of finishing materials is great. Had a pleasant home buying experience.

From the day of purchase, we were remote during the entire build process. Arrived to find a beautiful completed home. Any small issues have been documented by the builder/customer care and are being addressed in a timely manner. We are thrilled with our home.

Compramos una casa hace unos meses y nos encanta. Tenía algunos elementos pequeños que arreglar y los problemas de garantía se resolvieron lo antes posible. Vendo casas para ganarme la vida, así que veo muchas y WCI construye algunas casas buenas y sólidas. No podría estar más feliz con el proceso hasta ahora.

Esta casa es la tercera casa nueva que construimos / compramos. ¡La calidad de la casa y la capacidad de respuesta a problemas menores por parte de WCI ha sido tan impresionante! Recomendaría este complejo a todos.

Creemos que el proceso de compra de una casa fue muy fácil con Lennar. ¡Cerré en un mes! Hice una pregunta sobre No se anuncian tarifas de CDD; sin embargo, me dijeron más tarde que no se cobrarían este año, sino el próximo. Sin embargo, sacaron los CDD de los fondos de liquidación para 2018 y no he visto un reembolso. Sanctuary Cove es un vecindario excelente y tranquilo con vecinos amigables.

Estamos muy contentos con nuestra nueva casa de WCI y el cuidado posterior que brindan es maravilloso.
