When I walk into my home I am sad every day. The poor quality of this home can be seen in every wall, ceiling and floor.

Would not recommend a Lennar home to anyone. Sales associate to building supervisor were absolutely horrid. I arrived to my house after closing with front door lock improperly installed so I was unable to lock my front door. Was asked to just stay with it unlocked for one night. Frame or door was full of holes from whoever tried to install previously. After hours of waiting lock was fixed by neighbor. Front door and sliding door left open so home was very dusty and dirty. Apply your hard earned money somewhere else. Voss Farms Lennar is built on nothing but shortcuts, the contractors are not overseen. They do what and how they want. I would have though that Lennar would oversee someone building under their name. From start to finish everything was presented in a misleading way. You will not find out till after you close and do not even get me started on the homeowners association, or the solar contractor that you are forced to use.. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE

Worst home buying experience of my life!

Lennar takes no pride in assuring craftsmanship in their home building. During my NHO walk through, in every room throughout the home, there was drywall, painting, and baseboards that were damaged, in need of repairs/repaint and/or replaced. Closet doors are stained with dirty hand prints from installers not wearing cloves or washing their hands. Floor grout was not cleaned properly, making the floors appear to look dirty and dingy, not to mention poorly grouted with holes or gaps throughout. Would never recommend buying with Lennar

Our experience with Lennar has been terrible. There was very poor communication throughout the entire building process. When issues would come up, blame would be cast on other members within Lennar with no sense of accountability. The work within the house was lazy. Our walkthrough with the warranty manager was the worst customer service we have ever had to deal with. We received many excuses that any issues were not real problems. Miserable experience in the first 2 months

Yes, their warranty service is fairly quick to respond, but we have severe water damage every time it rains. We have torn the drywall apart in the front room three different times. The seams of the house were not sealed, there was a fist in the block wall about the size of my fist. This is rental property and we haven’t been able to put a single renter in after three months. I will not buy another Lennar home, the workmanship and quality are just not there.

I don’t even think there’s enough space here for me to tell you guys how horrible the experience was buying a Lennar home from the mortgage people that I am ashamed have access to my Social Security number to the workmanship that I am now living in a home that Hass to be redone. There was paint on the carpet. Things were not done complete walls were crooked. This house is been a nightmare And two months and I’m still waiting to have things done and planned to be fixed because I’m last on the list because I’ve already signed the closing documents.

From delays all the way through the entire build. The The craftsmanship is terrible they’ve had to replace a couple of doors four times inside my house still haven’t got it right the trim work is uneven there’s painting is terrible the ceiling looks terrible all the way through have failed on this entire build on top of that The project manager/corporate lennar I don’t know who can’t figure out how to get mail to our mailbox post office says they have no idea which mailbox is ours so it’s just a terrible terrible experience I will tell everyone to never buy lennar

The whole process was a mess, things that were promised on walk through still not done. I’m currently being ignored by the guy who did my walk through and I put everything into the system and with Lennar to fix not one thing has been done. Haven’t had a functional garage door since move in either and a leak in my sprinkler that was promised to be repaired before move in… still not done.

There was no proactive communication from any of the representatives, except, obviously when something was needed from us. This has been the worst experience of my life. I honestly would not encourage, suggest, or promote anyone I like, know or trust to purchase a Lennar home. The quality is subpar, the responsiveness to issues is next to never as far as the repair persons actually showing up. There is no flexibility with scheduling, I had to keep taking off work trying to get things repaired in a BRAND NEW HOUSE. NIGHTMARE.....RUN! I gave 1 stars to submit the review

Beware!!! First day I moved in I had a water leak and had to have a wall in my bathroom removed to dry out. Since I have moved in I have opened approximately 10-12 cases and only 2 have been resolved. The workmanship is awful. If you even consider buying from Lennar have an independent inspection.

Bought the home and the move it was rushed. During the inspection the builder hid flaws on the counter top by taping the inspection notice over the defect during the walk thru. Once we closed the build has forced us to go thru the customer care site to fix problems and it has been a nightmare. Customer care rep is unresponsive, has not fixed any of our several issues and when I complained the customer care rep called me and berated me for complaining. 2 months in and I really regret using Lennar. Very disgusted with this builder and will never use or recommend to anyone.

They Call It A Brand New Home.

The model home we looked at was absolutely stunning. We were told that we would get the same quality as the model home. That was COMPLETELY 100% not the case. We purchased a brand new home that looked like it was a 20 year old remodel that someone let there brand new employee with no experience do. I will say Kyle the construction manager tried but there was little he was "allowed" to do to correct the issues. I'm half year into my new Lennar home. Despite being promised that workmanship and quality issues will be taken care off, they did not fully deliver. There were multiple issues from day one. Most of which are dealt with. Nevertheless, Lennar were content and insistent of leaving simple things such as incorrect installation of dishwasher unfix, which speaks heavily about their lack of professionalism of some of their employees. Dissappointing and appalling.
